Four sensational short films followed by Q&A with Djilang Film Collective’s brightest emerging filmmakers
Join us for a screening of a new short, animated film about how creativity opens doors to a new friendship for Clover, a young, nonbinary neurodivergent person who is struggling with depression and agoraphobia.
Written, directed and hand-created by a group of 16-22 year old LGBTQ+ creatives under the mentorship of artist and animator, Laura Alice, with her assistant, Cat Kilner.
FREE but bookings essential
Imagine and design your friendly, feisty or adorable pet, then bring your new friend to life with a drawing/collage workshop led by talented children's book illustrator Bronte Stead. This workshop will focus on drawing skills, imagination and storytelling letting the kids lead the discussion on what makes their pet the ultimate pet. Perhaps it has magical powers, plays an instrument has cuddly fur or is simply a best mate.
Free to attend but please make sure you enrol in this session for catering.
