Creative Mindfulness Workshops for Adults
In the midst of busy lives, finding moments of calm, connection, and creativity can be transformative. Welcome to Creative Mindfulness—a series of cosy workshops designed as a sanctuary for adults to unwind, nurture themselves, and connect with like-minded individuals.
What to Expect
In each Creative Mindfulness session, the focus is on the present moment. You'll have the chance to gently explore various art materials, experimenting each week with different mediums. No artistic experience is needed—just come ready to play, with no pressure for a finished product.
These creative activities help ground participants in the here and now, allowing them to leave behind external stresses and fully engage in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
Many of the techniques explored can also be used at home when you need a mindful moment in your day.
In term 3 we will explore impressions in clay and eco dyeing amongst other creative techniques to encourage a peaceful mind and playful exploration.
Please note: This is a creative art-making workshop, not an art therapy or counselling group. While personal themes may emerge through the process, the focus is on artistic expression rather than therapeutic support.
