In the midst of our busy lives, finding moments of calm, connection, and creativity can be a transformative experience. Welcome to Creative Mindfulness, a series of cosy workshops designed for adults seeking a sanctuary within their week—a space to nurture themselves and foster connections with like-minded individuals.

What to Expect:

At the heart of Creative Mindfulness, we believe in the power of the present moment. Each session begins with a collective grounding exercise, incorporating breathwork, affirmation cards, or gentle experimentation with art materials. These activities serve as a gateway to the here and now, creating a space for participants to leave behind the stresses of the outside world and fully embrace the present.

No Art Experience Required:

Whether you're an experienced artist or someone who hasn't picked up a paintbrush since childhood, Creative Mindfulness welcomes all levels of artistic prowess. The emphasis is not on creating a masterpiece but on the joy of the process itself. Conversations and mess are not just tolerated but encouraged—because sometimes, the most beautiful things emerge from a playful and open exchange of ideas.

A Journey of Self-Discovery:

Beyond the artistic endeavours, Creative Mindfulness is an opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Through the creative process, participants can explore new facets of themselves, unlocking hidden talents and finding fresh perspectives on life. It's a chance to learn new skills, meet kindred spirits, and, most importantly, have some fun along the way.

Join Us:

If you're seeking a sanctuary within your week, a place to unwind, connect, and tap into your creative side, Creative Mindfulness is the perfect place to connect. Come as you are, and let's create a space of tranquility, inspiration, and shared joy.
